No, you don’t get paid on monthly basis but as per your contribution as per the following method

• 35% of the website revenue (earned from Ads) is divided among the contributors and authors as per contributions percentage calculated from the number of posts in the last three months.
• 35% of the website revenue (earned from Ads) is divided among the contributors and authors as per contributions percentage calculated from the total number of posts.
• 10% of the profit would be used for a good cause.
